These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "You") and pa668 (hereinafter "pa668", "We", "Us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at pa668.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By accessing, registering for, or using pa668 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy and any additional product-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pa668 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pa668, You must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the law applicable in your jurisdiction or under the terms of the operator's applicable license.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporations, trusts and other entities are not eligible to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion, a cooling-off period or any other form of voluntary or involuntary account restriction that would preclude you from participating.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed by pa668 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You must be registering and playing in your own name, for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party.

For Pakistani users specifically: participation in online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pa668 does not represent that accessing this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Users accept full responsibility for determining the legal status of online gambling under the laws applicable to them before registering.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether under the same name or different identities — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to maintain the accuracy of your Account details at all times. By accessing pa668, You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You further agree that:

• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, frame or exploit any part of the Platform's technology, content, odds data or game mechanics.
• You will not engage in any collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage exploitation or any form of advantage play that violates the Platform's game and betting integrity policies.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime purpose.
• You will access the Platform only from jurisdictions where doing so is lawful under applicable local law.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to use your Account.

pa668 reserves the right to monitor account activity, review transaction histories and investigate any behavior that, in pa668's reasonable determination, may constitute a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

pa668 accepts deposits through the payment methods available within the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Availability of any given payment method is subject to the operator's current supported methods and may change without prior notice.

References to Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made for contextual familiarity only. pa668 does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on this Platform. • All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

From time to time, pa668 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots and table games may have different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically permitted by the offer, players may only hold one active bonus at a time.

• PKR Values: Where bonus values are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (for example, a minimum qualifying deposit of PKR 1,000 or a maximum bonus of PKR 25,000), the exact figures are illustrative unless confirmed in the live promotions section. pa668 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any existing bonus validly claimed by a player prior to such modification shall be honoured in accordance with the terms in place at the time of the claim.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Providing false, altered or fabricated identity or verification documents.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPN, proxy, or other geo-circumvention technology.
• Exploiting Platform errors, game bugs or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal, good-faith play.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward pa668 staff, other players or third parties in connection with Platform use.

All content on the pa668 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, design elements, software, game titles, graphical assets, data compilations, text and marketing materials, is the property of pa668 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of pa668.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa668 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — express, implied or statutory — in relation to the Platform and its services. In particular, pa668 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any particular game result, betting outcome or bonus claim will occur.
• The Platform will be free from security vulnerabilities, data breaches or third-party interference beyond pa668's reasonable control.

In no event shall pa668, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, technology providers or data suppliers be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, howsoever caused.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pa668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account and to withhold, void or forfeit associated balances if, in pa668's reasonable determination:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information at any time.
• The Account is suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud or match-fixing.
• pa668 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation or law enforcement direction.
• The User has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through their financial institution in relation to a genuine and properly processed transaction.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pa668 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming license or, where no specific jurisdiction is nominated, the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the operating entity.

For Pakistani users: this Platform is operated internationally. pa668 does not represent that its operations are governed by Pakistani law or that Pakistani courts hold exclusive jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan access the Platform on the understanding that Pakistani gambling restrictions may apply to them, and that use of this Platform is at their own legal risk. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support channel.
